We really feel our 3 day trek is the perfect length of time in the jungle; the 2 day feels like its all over far too quickly, whilst that fourth day in the jungle feels exponentially harder than all the others! If you're a fit and healthy individual, we would definitely suggest challenging yourself to the 3 day; you won't regret it!

1. What makes the 3 day trek different from shorter treks?
The 3 day trek allows you to reach deeper, quieter areas of the rainforest with fewer visitors, increasing the sense of immersion and chances of wildlife encounters.
2. How challenging is the 3 day jungle trek?
This trek is moderately demanding and suitable for active travellers with a reasonable level of fitness. Expect more inclines and descents and potentially more varied terrain. Nevertheless, this is by far our favourite trek length, as it the 2 day feels like its over just as you've got started!
3. What are the sleeping arrangements on the 3 day trek?
You will stay in two different jungle camps, both situated by the river. The camps are fitted with semi permanent tents, mosquito nets, blankets, foam mattresses and pillows. The camps are prepared before you arrive, and are fitted with a small kitchen and 'jungle dining space'.
4. What happens in case of heavy rain or bad weather?
Rain and bad weather are to be expected in the rain forest, however usually in the late afternoon or evening. The guiding team will be continuously assessing conditions and the groups needs and capabilities. Routes and activities may be adjusted for safety, and river crossings or rafting are adapted to conditions.
